RADIUS GSA's provides professional services in the following design and phase :
SCHEMATIC DESIGN- We take the client's instruction to ascertain the requirements and constraints of the project's program. Formulating the concept and advising the client on it's development and interpreting preliminary proposals such as planning, design, material treatment, construction details and preparing premilinary estimate of the probable construction or production cost based on the concept.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE- Finalising the conceptual design proposal as approved by the client or relevant authorities. These would enable the consultants to commerce detailed design works, preparing working drawings, working schedules and specification, updating the preliminary estimates of probable construction production costs and submitting to the client for approval.
CONTRACT DOCUMENT PHASE- Base on update estimate cost as approved by the client, preparing and finalizing the drawing, specification and other additional items as may be necessary, assisting the client or working in collaboration with an appointed quantity surveyor for the preparation of the Bill of Quantities and tender Documents, inviting tenders on behalf of the client, evaluating the tenderss and submitting a report and recommendation to the client and lastly, awarding the contract.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT PHASE- Performing all functions as the Consultant in administration and management, exepting the responsibility and exercising the authority as conferees upon the consultant. Periodical supervision both for the client and if required, provide full time site representation throughout the contract to the satisfication of the Consultant on the works defied in the condition of contract.
